Cotton
Our heavyweight 100% cotton jersey is a staple for decorators and designers alike. With a tight knit and smooth surface, this fabric is perfect for printing, embroidery, and other custom decoration techniques. It keeps its shape but never feels stiff, making it comfortable for everyday wear and reliable for repeated use.
The cotton is heavyweight yet naturally breathable, soft from the start, and tough enough to handle frequent washing without losing integrity. Its structure and surface respond beautifully to screen printing, DTF, and embroidery. Designers appreciate its versatility, while decorators rely on it for consistently excellent results.
stone Washed Cotton
Our washed cotton is finished with a stone wash to build character into the fabric. It has a firmer, more textured hand than standard cotton, more substantial and raw by design. We start with tougher cotton so it keeps its structure through the wash and continues to break in over time. The stone wash creates subtle variations and a vintage feel, while prints sit like usual on the surface for a softer finish. This is a fabric for brands that want texture, weight, and a lived in look instead of a perfect standard garment.
Fleece
Our fleece is built to balance softness with structure. It’s a cotton rich, heavyweight fabric with a tight knit that gives it a clean, premium surface. On body, it holds a boxy shape, relaxed and slightly baggy, but still structured and intentional rather than slouchy.
Inside, the fabric is brushed to a soft terry feel, offering real warmth and comfort without excess bulk. The outer face stays smooth and dense, so prints come out sharp and embroidery sits clean without pulling or warping the fabric.
Why Fabric Matters
We don’t choose fabrics just because they feel good in hand. We choose them because they build the right silhouette. Every cotton and fleece we use is selected to hold a clean, boxy shape on body, structured through the shoulders, relaxed through the frame, and consistent from piece to piece.
How a fabric knits, how it washes, how it reacts to print, all of it affects how the garment sits and how long it keeps that shape. That’s why we don’t rely on off-the-shelf stock that changes from run to run. We specify the weight, the yarn, the finish and the wash so the structure stays intentional and the quality stays consistent.
From our standard cotton to stone-washed cotton and heavyweight fleece, each fabric is chosen because it supports the fit first. The result is simple, garments that hold their form, print cleanly, and feel right from day one.
